Confirmed Service Customer
My appointment was late in the workday. Perhaps this was the reason my experience was far below the standard I'm used to at this dealership. The service performed was on the mark, but the checkout process was a very poor. After the service was performed, it took an hour or more to get the check paid. Bad.
