Confirmed Sales Customer
I recently purchased a Chevy Track from All American Chevrolet of San Angelo and overall, I am satisfied with the vehicle. However, I have had a very negative experience regarding customer service and communication. After our purchase, I realized that I had lost my wallet somewhere on the dealership premises. I immediately contacted the dealership to report the loss and inquire about any potential finds. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have not received a response. Additionally, during the purchase process, I was promised the opportunity to do some design work for the company. I was given the assurance that I would be provided with contact information for the dealership's boss. However, this promise has not been fulfilled. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through from Riley Williams. It is important to me that businesses are honest and transparent with their customers.
